If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed.

We ship to addresses within the us and international locations.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, which the customer is responsible for.

Tracking numbers are provided once the order is shipped.

Customers can track their orders through usps or fedex website.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days with photos.

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
